Abigail Spencer (Spencer), born as Abigail Leigh Spencer, on August 4, 1981 in Gulf Breeze, Florida, USA, is an American actress, producer and writer. Spencer married Andrew Pruett in 2004 but the couple separated in February 2012. The couple has a son named Roman together. Spencer started her acting career with the soap opera All My Children (1999–2001), at the age of 18. Post this, she starred in Tv shows like Angela's Eyes, Suits and Mad Men. She also did a few guest appearances in varied TV shows like CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, How I Met Your Mother, Private Practice etc. Spencer has worked for numerous films including Campfire Stories, Fathers and Sons, Jekyll, Cowboys & Aliens, This Means War, Oz the Great and Powerful, The Forger etc. She debuted as a screen writer and producer in 2015 with the film Wrong Number. She also co-wrote the ABC’s television series Teach with Lauren Miller.
