Allan Burns is an American screenwriter and television producer. He is known for his creative and written work for television sitcoms. Some of them include The Munsters, Rhoda and The Mary Tyler Moore Show. Burns won Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series.
