Aroona Bhat started off as the executive producer of the 2014 crime film Tamanchey: Pyar Mein Dil Pe Maar De Goli, under the direction of Navneet Behal and Suryaveer Singh Bhullar. Her 2017 venture as a producer includes the horror movie Lapachhapi, starring Pooja Sawant and Usha Naik as the leads. The movie revolves around a mother trying to save her child from evil spirits.
