Best known for her work in Kannada cinema, Ashika Ranganath made her feature film debut in the 2016 romantic action drama Crazy Boy, for which she was nominated for a SIIMA Award for Best Debutante (Kannada) that year. A graduate in commerce and a trained dancer, Ashika has since gone on to establish herself as one of the promising young leading ladies of Sandalwood. In 2018, Ashika`s debut movie Crazy Boy was dubbed into Gujarati under the title Pahelo Divas. Notable movie credits include the action-thriller Mass Leader (2017), the romantic comedy Mugulu Nage (2017), Raju Kannada Medium (2018), Raambo 2 (2018) and Thayige Thakka Maga (2018).
