A software engineer-turned-actor, Krishna Chaitanya, primarily appears in Telugu cinema. After graduating as an engineer from the S.R.K.R Engineering College, he started working as a software engineer. However, his passion for acting soon made him quit his job and Krishna went on to participate in the dance reality show, Dhee Ultimate Dance Show. In 2009, he made his acting debut with the movie Ninnu Kalisaka essaying the role of Chandu. The actor has since then appeared in movies such as Sneha Geetham (2009), Ala Modalaindi (2011), Drushyam (2014), S/O Bhale Manchi Roju (2015), Nenu Sailaja (2016), Premam (2016) and O Pilla Nee Valla (2017). The actor made his Tamil debut in 2011 with the movie Rowthiram directed by Gokul. He has also appeared in a few short films including the movie Peek-a-boo, directed by Srinu Pandranki, which was screened at the Cannes Short Film Corner in 2014.
