Chinni Prakash is an Indian choreographer, art director, actor and filmmaker who is known for his work in Bollywood, Tollywood and Sandalwood. He made his debut as a choreographer in the 1962 Bollywood drama film Rakhi, and has since worked in around 200 films. Some of his best known works include Haathi Mere Saathi (1971), Hero Hiralal (1988), Saajan (1991), Khiladi (1992) and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (1998). Besides these, he has also written and directed a film titled Ghoonghat (1997). Prakash has won National Awards and Filmfare Awards for Best Choreography in the course of his career. Significant film credits in recent times include Jodhaa Akbar (2008), Dabangg (2010), Agneepath (2012), Chennai Express (2013), Thalaivaa (2013) Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania (2014), Siddhartha (2015) and Jani (2017). His 2019 release includes I Love You, directed by R. Chandru.
