Daniel was born on October 20, 1978 in New York His father hails from Romania while his mother is from Israel. His father, Tommy Weber, was a businessman, while his mother, Tzipora Weber, worked various jobs. After completing college at Ohio State University, Weber worked in his first company while touring and playing music in the band The Spyderz (2006-2010).

He was the lead singer and guitarist of `The Disparrows,` a hard rock band he formed in 2010. His recent musical act is called `Daniel Weber and the Mumbai Vocals`.

Weber married actress Sunny Leone in the year 2011. The couple have three children: an adopted daughter, Nisha Kaur Weber, and twin sons, Asher Singh Weber and Noah Singh Weber, through surrogacy. They reside in Mumbai India and Houston Texas.

In the film industry, Weber has appeared in cameo roles in films like Jackpot (2013) and Ek Paheli Leela (2015). He featured in a leading role in Beiimaan Love (2016). Along with his wife, Weber has also been involved in the production of many films and owns a production company, SunCity Media and Entertainment, Suncity Enterprises, Starstruck by SL cosmetics, Rize wellness, Affetto Frangrances, Chica Loca restaurant chain, and more. He also serves as business manager for the brand Sunny Leone globally.
