Woll started her career on television, appearing in guest roles in television shows like ER, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and The Mentalist before landing her breakout role in the HBO fantasy drama television series True Blood. Her performance in the series earned Woll a Fangoria Chainsaw Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress in 2015. In 2010, the actress made her feature film debut in the psychological horror thriller Mother`s Day.
