Dinesh Lal Yadav is a Bhojpuri actor, singer, and TV presenter, who has marked his presence in the Bhojpuri movie industry very effectively. With his sheer talent in acting and singing, he notched successive box office successes in 2015 like Patna Se Pakistan, Nirahua Rickshawala 2, Jigarwala, and Raja Babu. The actor is popularly known as Nirahua.

Early life
Born in 1977 in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, Dinesh`s hails from a middle class family. His father Kumar Yadav was a farmer, mother was a homemaker, and has four siblings. They used to reside in a hut in a small village. Later, Dinesh`s father moved to Kolkata to earn and took his two sons along, but his wife and daughters resided in the village itself. While pursuing his preliminary education in Kolkata, Dinesh faced lot of hardships. Having a penchant for acting and singing, and influenced by his cousin brother Vijay Lal, he started his career as a playback singer in the Bhojpuri music industry. He earned recognition as the audience appreciated his debut song Nirahua Satal Rahe. With his brothers, Divesh Lal Yadav and Pravesh Lal Yadav, both active in the film industry, he also carved his rags to riches story.

Movie Career
Dinesh debuted in the Bhojpuri film industry with Nirahua Chalal Sasuraal in 2008 opposite Amrapali Dubey. For his second film Saat Saheliyan in 2010, directed and produced by Rajkumar R. Pandey,, the actor paired with Pakhi Hegde. His next movie Pratigya once again opposite Pakhi, established them as the best pair in the industry. His award-winning performance came with the 2010 film Ranbhoomi, in which he co-starred with Manoj Tiwari, Urvashi Chaudhary andSambhavna Seth. Thereafter, with only appreciation for his performances, the actor never had to look back. He was seen in the 2012 movie, Ganga Jamuna Saraswati (2012) alongside Rani Chatterjee, Pakhi Hegde and Rinku Ghosh. His 2013 movie Rakhwala saw him play the role of Satyaprakash/Sarfaraj, younger son of a retired army officer, post which he worked in the film Nirahua Hindustani (2014) as a villager Nirahu Yadav. Nirahua Hindustani was one of his most successful movies that not only witnessed jam packed shows, but also won him the Bhojpuri International Film Awards (BIFA) 2015 for Best Actor. After his much-appreciated on-screen chemistry with Pakhi Hegde, audiences loved his pairing with Amrapali Dubey in Nirahua Hindustani, which got him to star with the actress in most of his 2015 releases like Patna Se Pakistan, Nirahua Rikshawala 2, Raja Babu, and Jigarwala. He was also seen in Ghulami in 2015 alongside Madhu Sharma and Shubhi Sharma. The year worked out really well for the actor as most of his 2015 movies were commercial box office successes. His 2016 releases continued his pairing with Amrapali Dubey in movies like Nirahua Satal Rahe, Ram Lakhan, Patna Junction, Nirahua Chalal Sasural 2, and Doodh Ka Karz. He was also seen in Aashik Awara opposite Rinku Ghosh, and Vardi Wala Gunda with Anjana Singh. With so many successes, he started reigning over the Bhojpuri film industry and is well known in U.P, MP, Bihar and Jharkhand. He is also known as `Aamir Khan` of Bhojpuri movie industry. In 2017, he was again seen opposite Amrapali Dubey in Nirahua Hindustani 2. His project includes Jai Veeru. His 2020 release includes Romeo Raja.

As a singer
Having a penchant for singing, Dinesh also started his career as a playback singer. He got renowned with his debut song, Nirahua Satal Rahe. Singing an array of songs in various movies, he has carved his name for being a well-known singer as well. After his debut song, he performed Tohra Se Ankhiya Ladi Ladi for his movie Pratigya. He then went on to record songs like Duniya Jaye Chahe Bhad Me, Karela Man Pat Jayi, and Chikan Saman, from the movie Aashik Awara. For the film Bideshiya, he sung tracks such as Bada Mast Mausam Hai, and Tore Sang Aa Gaye, along with a few other songs. For his 2016 movie Nirahua Chalal Sasural 2, he has sung Bil Ke Peechhe Pad Gayila and Raur Bahini Ke Bhataar. Also, there are few other tracks sung by him like Dhoyi Ke Nau Mahina Rajau, Hilora Mare Jawaniya Na, and Pichhla Janam Ke Bhata from the movie Mokama 0 K.M.

With his phenomenal career, Dinesh Yadav is climbing the ladder of success relentlessly. Along with movies he was also seen in television shows such as Dance Sangram and Big Boss 6 as well as hosted programs like Sur Sangram and Biraha Dangal 2 on Mahua TV.
