An American screenwriter, director, and producer, George Nolfi is noted for his work in Hollywood cinema. An alumnus of Princeton University, Nolfi made his debut in the film industry with Timeline (2003) as a screenwriter. He subsequently wrote for films like Ocean`s Twelve (2004), The Sentinel (2006), which also marked his debut as a producer, The Bourne Ultimatum (2007) and The Adjustment Bureau (2011).

The screenwriter-turned-director made his directorial debut with The Adjustment Bureau (2011). His other venture includes Birth of the Dragon (2016), a martial arts action film that is a fictional account of the legendary yesteryear martial artist Bruce Lee. The film was screened at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2016. His 2020 release includes The Banker.
