An Indian TV and film actor, Himmanshoo A. Malhotra rose to fame essaying the role of Sameer, in Zee TV's Aapki Antara. He, along with his wife was also the title holder of the dance reality show, Nach Baliye 7.

Early Life
Born and brought up in New Delhi, India, Himmanshoo has an elder brother, Mohit Malhotra, who is also an actor. After completing his MBA, Himmanshoo moved to the city of dreams, Mumbai, to fulfill his dream of becoming an actor.

Personal Life
Himmanshoo first met actress Amruta Khanvilkar during a talent show on Zee Tv, Cinestars Ki Khoj, where they were both contestants. Their love blossomed and they tied the knot on January 24, 2015.

Television Career
After participating in the talent hunt show Cinestars Ki Khoj, Himmanshoo made appearances in shows like Ssshhhh...Koi Hai, Champs and Shubh Kadam. In 2009, he starred as Sameer in the TV soap opera Aapki Antara. He further featured in serials such as Bhagonwali-Baante Apni Taqdeer, Love Marriage Ya Arranged Marriage, and Yeh Hai Aashiqui. In 2015, Himmanshoo was declared the winner of the 7 season of Nach Baliye, along with his wife. The famous dance reality show, aired on Star Plus was judged by Marzi Pestonji, Preity Zinta, and Chetan Bhagat. The same year, in 2015, he also essayed the role of Dr. Sameer Purohit on Life OK's Ek Nayi Ummeed – Roshni.

Movie Career
In 2006, Himmanshoo made his silver screen debut with Raj Sippy's Mr. Khujli. His 2016 release includes the Hindi crime thriller film Wajah Tum Ho. Directed by Vishal Pandya, the movie also starsSana KhanSharman Joshi and Gurmeet Choudhary in the lead roles.
