American actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan is perhaps best familiar to the audience for his portrayal of the character Negan from the horror drama series The Walking Dead, for which he won the Critics Choice Television Award for Best Guest Performer in a Drama Series in 2016. Besides this, he is also known for essaying the role of Edward Blake (aka The Comedian) from the acclaimed superhero film Watchmen (2009). Morgan made his feature film debut in 1991 with the thriller Uncaged, and has since appeared in over thirty feature films and numerous TV shows. The romantic drama P.S. I Love You (2007), the comedy-drama Taking Woodstock (2009) and the action comedy The Losers (2010) are among his other notable movie credits.

The actor is also well-known for essaying a number of memorable roles in popular TV shows, like John Winchester from the horror fantasy series Supernatural and Denny Duquette from the medical drama Grey's Anatomy. Other significant acting credits in recent times include the war drama film Red Dawn (2012), the political drama series The Good Wife and the sci-fi monster movie Rampage (2018).
