Jo Swerling was a Screenwriter and lyricist began his career as a magazine writer in 1920, later wrote his first script for the silent comedy short film Humor Risk (1921). Jo as a credit of working in over sixty-seven movies as scriptwriter. He is also known of his works in the movie namely It's a Wonderful Life (1946), Guys and Dolls (1955), Lifeboat (1944) and The Pride of the Yankees (1942).
