Best known for playing the role of Doctor Phlox in the TV series, Star Trek: Enterprise, John Billingsley is an American actor who is noted for his work in the TV industry. Billingsley who started his career with playing the role of Dr. John Fallow in the singular episode of The West Wing (2001), he subsequently featured as one of the important roles in Star Trek: Enterprise where he featured in more than 90 episodes. His other popular TV credits include Intelligence (2014), Turn: Washington's Spies (2015-16), Twin Peaks (2017) and Lucifer (2017).

After attaining much success in the TV industry, Billingsley forayed in the film industry and made his debut feature film with Out of Time in 2003. His other notable film credits include Man from Earth (2007) and 2012 (2009).
