The nephew of Academy-award winning actor Jeff Bridges, Jordan Bridges started out as a child actor on tv at the age of 9. He first appeared in television movies like The Kid from Nowhere (1982) and The Thanksgiving Promise (1986) before eventually making his feature film debut in the 1999 teen romantic comedy Drive Me Crazy. Bridges has since appeared in supporting roles in a number of tv shows and movies, notable among which are the teen drama series Dawson's Creek, the drama film Mona Lisa Smile (2003), the biographical drama J. Edgar (2011) and the heist film Den of Thieves (2018).
