An American director and screenwriter Matt Reeves rose to prominence after directing the found-footage horror film Cloverfield (2008). He made his feature length directorial debut with the David Schwimmer, and Gwyneth Paltrow starring The Pallbearer, which was a box-office flop. He has further directed films like Let Me In (2010), and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014). His 2017 release includes the sequel to the Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, War for the Planet of the Apes, which stars Andy Serkis, Woody Harrelson, Steve Zahn, Amiah Miller, Karin Konoval, Judy Greer and Terry Notary in the lead.
