Mischa Anne Barton is an English-Irish film, television and stage actress. She started her career with the play Tony Kushner`s Slavs!, and later appeared in James Lapine`s Twelve Dreams at New York`s Lincoln Center. She made her television debut with the series All My Children (1995), and later appeared in KaBlam! and Once and Again. Mischa made her film debut with Lawn Dogs (1997). Following this, she appeared in successful films such as Notting Hill (1999), Pups (1999), The Sixth Sense (1999) and Julie Johnson (2001). Her most notable appearance was in the television series The O.C (2003-2006). She also appeared in the films St Trinian`s (2007), Assassination of a High School President (2008), Into the Dark (2012) and Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain lined up (2014). In 2012, Mischa performed in the stage version of the Irish production of Steel Magnolias, gaining critical acclaim. Her upcoming film is Apartment 1303 (2015).
