Born in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, Nikhil Dwivedi is an Indian actor who made his feature film debut with 2008`s drama film My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves. For his portrayal of the titular character, Nikhil received a Filmfare nomination for Best Male Debut. He then went on to appear in movies like Khallballi (2008), Shor in the City (2011), Hate Story (2012), and Tamanchey (2014). His 2017 release includes the satirical comedy drama Jolly LLB 2. Directed by Subhash Kapoor, the movie stars Akshay Kumar, Huma Qureshi, Annu Kapoor and Saurabh Shukla in the lead roles. His other releases include Veere Di Wedding (2018) and Dabangg 3 (2019).
