Nirosha is an Indian film actress who works in primarily Tamil and Telugu movies but has also appeared in movies of other languages such as Malayalam and Kannada. Best remembered for her performance in the Mani Ratnam directed movie Agni Natchathiram in 1988, Nirosha has appeared in over 100 movies in her career. She quit acting after her marriage to actor Ramki, however, returned to cinema in 2003 and started appearing in supporting roles. Few of her works are Poruthathu Pothum, Inaindha Kaigal, Paarambariyam, and Puthiya Aatchi.
