A versatile artist, Niveditha Arjun is an Indian actress, producer, and dancer who is noted for hers works primarily in Tamil cinema. Niveditha, who comes from an illustrious family in the south Indian film industry, is the daughter of the yesteryear Kannada actor, Rajesh and the wife of the ace Tamil actor and director, Arjun Sarja.

Niveditha started her career in the film industry as an actress under the stage name, Asha Rani and her maiden appearance on the silver screen with Ratha Sapthami in 1986. However, she quit acting after her marriage. However, after she quit acting, Niveditha decided to pursue her passion as a dancer and producer with Sree Raam Films International, a film production and distribution company founded and headed by Arjun Sarja. Some of the most notable films produced under the banner include Sevagan (1992), Vedham (2001), Vayuputra (2009), Abhimanyu (2014), Prema Baraha (2018) and Sollividava (2018).
