Paul Fisher is an American storyboard artist known for his work on movies such as Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa (2008), Shrek Forever After (2010), and How to Train Your Dragon (2010), and Puss in Boots (2011). Fisher has worked on several TV shows such as Animaniacs, Tiny Toon Adventures, and Jakers! The Adventures of Piggley Winks.

In 2017, Fisher turned director with The LEGO Ninjago Movie, which is also co-directed by Bob Logan and Charlie Bean. He has also written the screenplay for the movie.
