Remo Fernandes is a pop/rock/Indian fusion artist and film playback singer from the state of Goa, India. His musical work is a fusion of many different cultures and styles he`s been exposed to as a child in Goa and in his later travels around the world. He made his acting debut in the film Trika (1985) and since then has appeared in Jalwa (1997), Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha (1998) and Ek Villian (2014). Fernandes is the recipient of the Padma Shri and Karamveer Puraskaar. He will appear in the film Bombay Velvet which is set for release in May 2015.
