Sarah Flack is an American film editor who is chiefly known for her frequent collaborations with acclaimed directors like Sofia Coppola and Steven Soderbergh. She made her debut as an uncredited editor with the 1996 film Schizopolis, and has since worked on acclaimed films like Lost in Translation (2003), Dan in Real Life (2007), St. Vincent (2014) and The Beguiled (2017). For her work in the Academy Award winning romantic comedy-drama film Lost in Translation, Flack won the BAFTA Award for Best Editing in 2003. Other notable editorial credits include Mary Antoinette (2006), Away We Go (2009) and the 2011 HBO drama film Cinema Verite, for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award for Best Editor.
