Sayak Chakraborty is an Indian film and television actor who primarily works in the Bengali entertainment industry. Having started his career as a junior artist in 2008, he made his film debut with The Light - Swami Vivekananda (2011) a Hindi-Bengali bilingual film. Sayak has become the popular face in Bengali TV shows best known for Mahaprabhu Sree Chaitanya, a mythological show, and Karunamoye Rani Rashmoni, a historical drama show which airs on Zee Bangla. Apart from various TV shows, he has also worked in movies like Bawali Unlimited (2012) and Guru Kripa (2015). Sayak's 2020 project includes Bela Shuru, a family drama film directed by Nandita Roy.
