Shantilal Mukhopadhyay who is also known as Shantilal Mukherjee is a popular theater and film actor who is known for his work in the Bengali film industry. Trained under the tutelage of the popular stage actor Ramaprasad Banik, Shantilal has featured in several films including Badsha The King (2004), Anuranan (2006), Chaowa Pawa (2009), Le Halwa Le (2012), Kangal Malsat (2013), Byomkesh Bakshi (2015) and Amar Aponjon (2017), which is directed by Raja Chanda.
