Having made his debut with the Abhay Deol and Soha Ali Khan-starrer romance Ahista Ahista in 2006, Shivam Nair is an Indian movie director. Following his debut, he directed Maharathi, which was inspired by James Hadley Chase’s play There's Always a Price Tag, and saw an ensemble cast including Paresh Rawal, Neha Dhupia, Naseeruddin Shah, Boman Irani, Om Puri and Tara Sharma. Next, he directed the action thriller Bhaag Johnny in 2015, after which he directed the action spy thriller Naam Shabana, which is a spin-off from the 2015 action movie Baby.
