A prominent American actor and comedian, Steven James Zahn is best known for his films like That Thing You Do! (1996), Joyride (2001), Shattered Glass (2004), Dallas Buyers Club (2013) and TV series` like Chicken Little (2005), Treme (2010-13), and The Good Dinosaur (2015). Apart from films, Zhan is also a popular personality in the TV industry who gained famed with his appearances in series` like Treme (2010-13), which was showcased on HBO and Modern Family (2014-15) where he played the role of Ronnie La Fontaine. When he initially started his acting career, Zahn had to struggle to find his feet and had to switch between working in films, TV series and touring companies of Broadway shows. From 1992 to 1993, he toured with the Barry Weissler production Bye Bye Birdie. The actor won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Male and the Special Dramatic Jury Prize for Best Comedic Performance for the brilliant performance in Happy, Texas (1999).
