National Film Award-winner Vivek Chabukswar first appeared on screen when he was only nine months old: essaying the role of an infant. Years later, the Marathi actor, went on to win a National Award for his performance in the movie Baboo Band Baja in 2011.

Vivek began his acting career by chance after the production company his father was working with was not able to find a suitable boy for the role. Following which he appeared in minor roles in movies such as Swapna and Hunnar. However, it was a short-film, which opened doors for Vivek and he was cast in Rajesh Pinjani`s Baboo Band Baja. In his next movie, Than Than Gopal (2015), Vivek once again impressed the audience with his poignant performance as a blind boy. However, soon after the movie was released, Vivek took a break from acting to complete his SSC and only started to accept offers after 2016. He appeared in the movie Dhondi (2017) directed by Monish Pawar and Re Raya (2018).
