The film is the sequel to the 2007 blockbuster Welcome. Brothers Uday Bhai and Manju Bhai have left the underworld, and have started their own business ventures. They are on a lookout for a spouse to marry their sister Ranjana (Shruti Haasan), who accidentally falls in love with a gangster, Ajju Bhai (John Abraham). The film revolves around the lives of these gangsters and their sister`s blooming romance with Ajju which promises to be a crazy ride full of entertainment and laughter.
