Your Profile

1. Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
2. Following up with partners for invoicing
3. Traveling to onsite inspections and project managing events
4. Providing assistance during the event operations
5. Working on backend processes like P&L’s, Accreditation, F&B etc 

Your Checklist: 

1. Knowledge of MS office 
2. Good communication and organizational skills 
3. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
4. Comfortable with traveling
