About the facilitator:
With a career spanning over a decade Ameya has written for various shows such as the Emmy nominated Inside Edge and award winning Undekhi (S2). He has led a number of writers-rooms for various genre and formats of cinematic content and is passionate about encouraging and fostering talent.
Program timeline:
Dates: 28 June to 23 August 2026
Schedule: Sundays 10 AM to 4 PM &
Thursdays 7:30 to 9:30 PM
+ Weekday Film Screening & discussion
Eligibility: Keen interest in writing commitment to complete the program.
Age: 18+ years. No prior experience required.
Program goal: To empower writers to develop writing skills for Film T.V. Web Series

About the group: Applause Vadodara encourages an age-no-bar gender-no-bar language-no-bar type of association with theatre and art. Our mission is to create Innovative theatre Experiences that engage empower and entertain. We are Vadodara"s first and most popular theatre initiative started in 2014.
Applause has more than 10 productions to credit and artists have performed at various festivals such as Kalaghoda Arts Festival International Children"s Theatre festival Sayaji Literature Festival to name a few. Workshops by Applause Vadodara have been hosted across the country from Chandigarh to Mumbai and various other locations.
With the flagship "New Theatre Rules" workshop hosted every Friday at 7.15 PM more and more individuals are connected to theatre and art each week. And with 10 Seasons of the Intensive Acting Program more than 100 artists have been presented on stage. The Intensive Screenwriting program is an initiative to expand the pool of creative genius.
