In the year 2026's 21st Drishti National Dance Festival titled- “Bharata-Gīta"
"Bharata-Gīta" a special celebration of twenty one years of Drishti National Dance Festival is scheduled where, we offer our humble tribute to two eternal pillars of Bharatiya heritage the Bhagavad Gīta and the Nāṭyaśāstra. The Gīta , with its profound spiritual wisdom, continues to illuminate the path of dharma, devotion, and inner harmony, while the Nāṭyaśāstra remains the bedrock of our performing arts, shaping their grammar, aesthetics, and sacred purpose. Together, these timeless texts remind us that art is not merely performance, but a divine journey a movement towards truth, balance, and universal well-being. As we celebrate their recognition by UNESCO, we honour the inspiration they offer, the clarity they bring to our practice, and their enduring contribution that enriches and uplifts the cultural fabric of our country.
The 21st edition of the Drishti National Dance Festival stands as a humble tribute to these sacred texts, brought to life through dance.
