About The Event

Abhinna Shrinkhala 2

Abhinna Shrinkhala 2 is a devotional production series that brings together Indian classical dance, spiritual storytelling, music, painting, mythology and the exploration of the inner self. The series presents four distinct productions, each exploring a different dimension of the divine.

Atma Samvaad - A Conversation Between Prem and Bhakti

Conceived, written and directed by Akshobhya Bharadwaj, Atma Samvaad explores the dialogue between love and devotion through dance and visual expression. The production features Namrata Mehta in Odissi, Dipanwita Bhaumik in Painting and Akshobhya Bharadwaj in Kathak. Music is by Kaushik Basu and Vaibhav Mankad.

Somnath Ki Katha - A Legend. A Shrine. An Eternal Spirit.

Conceived, written and directed by Padmashri Puru Dadheech, Somnath Ki Katha brings alive the spiritual and legendary narrative of Somnath through dance and storytelling. The key artists are Sunil Sunkara and Piyush Raj.

Krishnayan

Presented by the Manisha Jeet Repertory from Manas Cultural Institute, Krishnayan explores the world of Krishna through ensemble movement, storytelling and Indian classical traditions, celebrating the many dimensions of Krishna divine persona.

Ekatma - The Divine Confluence

Ekatma is a spiritual exploration of the seven chakras, designed and choreographed by Akshobhya Bharadwaj and performed by the Vrushali Dabke Repertory. The production explores the journey towards inner unity through movement, colour, symbolism and the language of the chakras.

Together, these four productions form Abhinna Shrinkhala 2 - Devotional Series, creating a multidimensional artistic experience that moves from prem and bhakti to mythology, Krishna consciousness and the quest for inner harmony.
