
About The Event
If your day is spent at a desk, in meetings, or commuting, chances are your body is craving movement.
The Aerial Wellness Method is a 90-minute guided Aerial Yoga workshop designed to help counter the effects of prolonged sitting. Using aerial hammocks, you'll move through a series of supported postures that encourage spinal decompression, improve mobility, release tension, and help you reconnect with your body through mindful movement and breath.
The session concludes with a Calm Mind Practice, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer and refreshed.
Whether you're new to Aerial Yoga or simply looking for a unique way to care for your body, this workshop offers a safe, beginner-friendly space to stretch, move, and unwind.
No prior experience is required.
Dress Code
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Avoid loose fitting bottom wear. Socks are optional. A changing room is available at the studio. Shower facilities are not available.
Food and Beverage
You may have a light snack, fruit or beverage up to 2 hours before the class. Avoid heavy or oily meals before the workshop. Filtered drinking water is available at the studio. Feel free to bring your own water bottle.

Safety Note
Participants should ensure they do not have any physical discomfort, injury or ongoing medical condition before registering for the workshop. All safety protocols will be followed during the session. The studio is not responsible for the recurrence or aggravation of any pre existing medical condition.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins. The workshop will start on time. We recommend planning your travel in advance and checking in at least 15 minutes before the event.
