About The Event
When was the last time you had a Saturday morning with nowhere to rush to?
No plans to catch up on. No messages to answer. No places to get to. No reason to check your phone every few minutes.
An Unhurried Saturday is three hours at Nihshreyasa to slow things down and enjoy your own company.
We begin with some gentle breathwork and a guided meditation, giving you a chance to settle in and leave the pace of the week behind.
Then, for the next part of the morning, there is nowhere you need to be and nothing you need to do.
Bring a book you've been wanting to read. Bring your journal. Sit by yourself with a cup of tea. Write a few pages. Stretch out and rest. Look around. Think. Don't think. Have a quiet conversation. Or simply do nothing for a while.
There is no guided activity during this time. It is yours to spend however you like.
We'll come together again for a 45-minute sound bath. You can lie back, close your eyes and let the sounds do what they do best: give you something to listen to while you stop trying to do anything at all.
And for these three hours, we'll be completely phone-free.
No scrolling. No notifications. No photographs. No checking in.
Just a small group of people, a quiet Saturday morning, and the luxury of having a few hours that don't need to be productive.
You don't need to know how to meditate. You don't need to be good at resting. You don't even need to bring a book.
Just come. We'll take care of the rest.
