Being There
An Experiential Workshop on Suicide Prevention
Sometimes we notice someone is struggling but don't know what to say or do.
This experiential workshop explores how to notice when someone may need support, start a conversation, and respond with care.
You won't just learn what to say or do. You'll get to practise it through guided activities, examples, reflection, and conversation, and leave with greater confidence in being there for someone who may be going through a difficult time.
No prior experience in mental health or suicide prevention is required.
Date: 26 September
Time: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM
Duration: 3 hours
Facilitated by:
