About The Event
Coil & Create is a hands-on, beginner-friendly pottery workshop by The Clay Tales Studio, where participants learn the traditional coil-building technique and create their own unique clay piece from scratch. The workshop is designed as a relaxed and interactive creative experience, with step-by-step guidance throughout the process, making it suitable for beginners as well as anyone looking to explore pottery.
Participants get to work directly with clay, learn the basics of shaping and joining clay coils, build and personalise their own pottery piece, and experience the satisfaction of creating something by hand. All materials required for the workshop are provided, so participants do not need to bring any pottery supplies.
The experience also includes one complimentary beverage from Paw-Pup Cafe, combining pottery with a relaxed cafe setting. Participants can spend time creating, socialising, experimenting with clay and enjoying their beverage in a comfortable environment.
