About The Event
I don't know about you, but for me, 2026 flew by before I could even masticate all that I bit into.
If this resonates and you'd like some time away from your devices to gently reflect on your year, all while touching grass, then this event is for you. This is a partly guided, beginner-friendly journaling session that is open to all and completely free of charge.
We'll sprawl out in the velvety, warm embrace of the winter sun and let our unvarnished thoughts and feelings flow onto the pages of our diaries. Simple prompts will be shared to help you sift through your thoughts and make space for your hopes and ideas for 2027, with love, clarity, and intention.
Please know that you won't be expected to share anything you write with others.
This is simply a chance for us to gather, slow down, and reconnect with ourselves through the powerful means of journaling.
Things to bring:
1. Diary and pen
2. Mat or sheet to sit or sprawl on
3. A beverage to sip on while you write
Exact venue:
We'll gather near the Bandstand at Cubbon Park. Depending on the crowd, we may move to a quieter spot nearby within the park. Request you to please aim to reach at least 5 minutes before 3:30 PM to avoid missing us.
Who you'll be spending your afternoon with:
