About The Event

You said something. But what did the other person actually hear? What you intended to communicate is not always what gets understood, remembered or acted upon.

Does What You Say Land? is a special Talk to Anyone workshop experience that invites you to look at communication from the listeners side and discover what changes when you do.

Through practical exercises, live scenarios and guided facilitation, you will explore what will make your communication clearer, more actionable and easier to receive.

You will work with situations that show up in both your professional and personal life. Eg: Making an ask, communicating a decision, handling disagreement, setting a boundary or simply trying to make yourself understood.

Limited to 6 seats

What we will explore

1. How small changes in your communication can change what people understand and remember

2. Communicating decisions more effectively

3. Handling disagreement without losing clarity

4. Setting boundaries without creating unnecessary friction

5. Reducing avoidable misunderstandings in everyday conversations

The experience

This is not a lecture.

It will be in the usual Talk to Anyone style of an interactive & insightful atmosphere where you are in play, moving, enjoying and reflecting.

You will work with your own scenarios, watch live scenarios by others and see in real time how changing the way something is communicated can change what happens on the other side. You will have the opportunity to experiment, observe, reflect and try again.

A special guest facilitator

This experience features Gina Ghosh, Strategic Communication and Reputation Advisor and creator of Listener Lens. With over 25 years across agency, corporate and advisory roles, Gina works with leaders, brands and professionals on communication that builds clarity, credibility and trust.

Her 90-minute segment within the workshop will bring the listeners perspective into the room. You will experience in real time, how small changes in communication can alter what people understand, remember and do next.
