Foam Clay Mirror is the one people hang the moment they get home. You start with a plain mirror and build a sculpted border around it using foam clay, a soft lightweight modelling clay that holds every detail you shape into it and air dries on its own. Flowers, leaves, shells, waves, whatever you want it to be. No baking, no kiln.
Our instructor takes you through the whole process: blending your own colours, shaping petals and forms that look natural rather than flat, building up depth so the border has dimension, and placing everything so the design frames the mirror properly instead of crowding it. Templates and design references are on hand if you would rather not start from scratch.

- Foam clay is non-toxic and easy to work with, but it does stain fabric. Wear something you do not mind marking
