About The Event
Just as there is Swarglok (the heavens), Patallok (the netherworld), and Ihlok (the earthly realm), there is our own realm: FolkLok, a world of young artists who love folk music.
Blending folk music with folk theatre, this performance brings together timeless traditional compositions from Maharashtra’s rich heritage alongside original new works, presented in a meaningful, theatrical form.
Tradition isn’t just something to look back on. It’s something to experience anew through the eyes of a new generation. FolkLok is the idea that brings that experience to life.
