When do tickets go on sale?
The Kotak Mahindra Bank pre-sale goes on sale from Monday, 17th March 2025 12 pm IST until Wednesday, 19th March 2025 12pm IST. The pre-sale is accessible to Kotak Credit Card customers only. Tickets will be available to everyone from Wednesday, 19th March 2025 4pm IST, until all tickets are sold out before the show.
Is there a ticket purchase limit?
You can buy up to 10 tickets per person. All ticket categories are subject to availability, so make sure to purchase yours before they sell out!
How does the pre-sale work?
The pre-sale is accessible to Kotak Credit Card customers only.
The pre-sale starts from Monday, 17th March 2025 12 pm IST to Wednesday, 19th March 2025 12pm IST.
Tickets will be available to everyone from Wednesday, 19th March 2025 4pm IST, until all tickets are sold out before the show.
How do I access the pre-sale?
- Select the “Guns N’ Roses: India 2025” event page during the pre-sale window.
- Click on “Book Now”.
- A pop up will appear where you will need to enter your 16-digit Kotak Credit Card number. If you’re eligible for the presale, you will be permitted to proceed.
- Select the ticket category of your choice and proceed.
- Proceed to review screen, edit or input your personal information i.e. the email address, phone number and delivery details that are registered with the platform.
- Proceed to the secure payment page to enter the rest of your Kotak Credit Card details.
- Congratulations! You have successfully purchased your ticket during the pre-sale window.
What if I don’t have a Kotak Credit Card, will I still be able to purchase tickets?
Absolutely! Tickets will be available to everyone from Wednesday, 19th March 2025 4pm IST, until all tickets are sold out before the show.
Is there an age limit?
Kids 5 years and older will be permitted into the concert. All attendees must have a valid ticket for entry. Kids under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What is the duration of the show?
This concert is a 1-day show.

Will I be able to switch my ticket to a different category?
No, tickets once purchased cannot be upgraded or changed.
Will I be able to leave the venue and come back?
No, re-entry is not permitted.
Will I be able to move in between different categories? Can I move to a cheaper category during the show?
No, all customers will be restricted to the category they purchase a ticket for, moving in between different categories will not be permitted due to security reasons.
Is there a ticket which allows me to buy a meet & greet with the artist?
Unfortunately, no, there are no meet & greets with the artist available.
Will tickets be available for sale on any other platform?
No, the official tickets will only be available for sale on BookMyShow. We strongly recommend that you don’t purchase tickets via any third party to avoid the possibility of counterfeit tickets.
How will I know my payment is confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation mentioning your payment has been received.
How will I receive my tickets?
Your wristband will be delivered to the provided delivery address approximately one week prior to the show date. Please do not misplace your wristband, as a replacement will not be provided. For those who may not have a delivery address in the serviceable region, you may collect your wristband from the box office.

What time do gates open?
Gates will open on 17th May 2025 from 3pm onwards. Please come early to avoid traffic, and enjoy our selection of food and beverages.
Is the venue air-conditioned?
This is an outdoor event, therefore there will be no air-conditioning.
Is this a seated show?
This is not a seated show. This is a completely standing show.
Do you accommodate people with special needs?
Yes, we do accommodate people with special needs.

Do you accommodate pets at the show?
No, pets are not allowed at the venue during this show. However, we look forward to meeting your pets at one of our other pet friendly events!
Is photography permitted during the show?
Absolutely! While professional cameras with detachable lenses and video cameras are strictly prohibited through the show, phone cameras will be permitted. Please make sure to tag us when you share your photos and videos on social media. Tag us on @bookmyshow.live
Do I need to be vaccinated to get into the venue?
In the best interest of your fellow fans and staff, we encourage everyone to follow COVID-19 protocols mandated by the local government. By purchasing a ticket to this show, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and / or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test.
What types of food and beverages will be available at the venues?
Fully stocked bars and restaurants will be available at the venue.
Will I be permitted to bring food and beverages from other establishments or from my home to the venues?
Unfortunately, food and beverages from any location outside of the venue will not be permitted.
Is smoking allowed at the show?
Smoking is only permitted in designating smoking areas. You are strongly encouraged to dispose of your cigarette waste responsibly using the bins provided.
Are handbags and backpacks allowed in the venue?
Backpacks are not allowed. Small single compartment bags like sling bags, handbags, tote bags etc are allowed. Please avoid carrying large backpacks due to space constraints and general comfort throughout the show.
What else am I not allowed to bring to the venue?
Please keep in mind that your belongings will be searched before entering the venue.
Admission to the venue may be denied, and visitors may be ejected from the venue without any entitlement to a refund of the admission fee if the visitor engages in the following non-exhaustive list:
- Refuses to be searched by security personnel.
- Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Is in the possession of, or is dealing in drugs.
- Puts the lives of others at risk.
- Damages or steals any of the infrastructure or inventory at the venue.
- Is in possession of firearms.
- Is in possession of any of the below prohibited items.
- Any other reason deemed fit by the organiser.
The following items will be confiscated, or you will be asked to leave the premises.
- Laptops, external hard drives and portable charging devices may not be permitted in the venues.
- Large backpacks and bags with multiple pockets.
- Sharp objects of any kind, such as: blades, knives, scissors, weapons, pocket knives, pepper spray, large chains or sharp jewellery.
- Laser pens or pocket lasers.
- Flammable items, such as: lighters, sky lanterns, fireworks, flares etc.
- Narcotics or banned substances. The use and possession of drugs is completely forbidden. It is prohibited to deal drugs on the event premises. If such an infringement becomes apparent you will be removed from the event premises and handed over to the police.
- Markers, pens or spray paint.
- Food & beverages from establishments outside of the premises.
- Unsealed cigarette packets or any kind of smoking device including vapes.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
You will be notified in advance via email and SMS and you will be issued a refund.
What if I can’t make it to the event?
Tickets, once purchased, are non-transferable or refundable with no exceptions.
