About The Event

Take a pause from the pace of everyday life and return to your body, breath, and present moment. Our Hatha Yoga sessions at Nihshreyasa, Fort Kochi offer a steady and mindful approach to yoga, combining traditional postures (asanas), breath awareness, pranayama, and periods of stillness.

Hatha Yoga is a foundational style of yoga that gives you time to explore each posture with awareness. Rather than moving quickly from one pose to another, the practice allows you to slow down, work with your breath, develop strength and flexibility, and become more aware of how your body feels.

The sessions are suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. You don't need to be flexible or have previous yoga experience to participate. The focus is not on performance, but on developing a sustainable practice and learning to move with greater awareness.

What to expect

- Traditional Hatha Yoga postures

- Breath awareness and pranayama
