Lets Have an Honest Conversation
A new initiative by Project Samajh.
Sometimes, we just need a space to talk honestly about our fears, doubts, struggles, vulnerabilities, ideas, career choices, and the questions we are still trying to figure out.
As a person with a disability, I have often reflected on vulnerability, identity, strength, and the pressure to always appear resilient. Alongside my lived experience, my work and experience across the development sector, public policy, and academic research have allowed me to engage with diverse people, ideas, institutions, and grassroots realities.
Through this new initiative, Project Samajh is opening one-on-one sessions for honest, informal, and judgement-free conversations.
Whether you want to talk about vulnerability, personal or professional dilemmas, the development sector, public policy, research, or simply something on your mind, this is a space to talk and reflect.
This is not therapy or counselling. I may not have all the answers. The idea is to listen, share perspectives from my lived and professional experiences, and perhaps find some clarity together. No fixed agenda. No pressure to have everything figured out.
You. Your story. Your pace. I'm here to listen.
