"Lata ~ The Nightingale – Ek Sangeet Yatra" is a heartfelt musical tribute to the legendary Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar Ji, presented on the occasion of her 97th birth anniversary.

The concert will bring alive the different musical eras through a carefully curated selection of Lata Ji's iconic songs.

Conceptualised by Koyel Tripathi, the show is designed as a musical journey through the extraordinary career of Lata Mangeshkar Ji, from the 1940s through the 2000s. Each era will unfold through its unforgettable melodies, creating a beautiful tapestry of music, memories, and stories that celebrates the Nightingale's timeless contribution to Indian cinema and music.
Live in Concert: Koyel Tripathi
The musical tribute will be led by Koyel Tripathi, a versatile singer, composer, lyricist, and accomplished stage performer who has presented numerous shows in India and abroad. A disciple of veteran Hindi film music director Padma Shri Ravindra Jain Ji, and mentored by Bhajan Samrat Padma Shri Anup Jalota Ji, Koyel brings her deep musical understanding and love for the golden era of Hindi cinema to this special presentation.
Supporting Singer – Sargam Tripathi
Sargam Tripathi, true to her name, has been a dedicated singer since childhood. Her released songs are available across major digital platforms including Spotify, iTunes, YouTube, and other streaming platforms. Alongside singing, she is also a creative dancer and has performed on stage in both musical and dance presentations. She holds a B.Tech in Computer Science while continuing to pursue her passion for music and performing arts.
In this special concert, Sargam will present some of Lata Ji's memorable songs and will also join Koyel Tripathi for selected melodious duets, adding another beautiful dimension to the evening.
