After 20 years of making audiences laugh, Dipangshu Acharya brings his stand-up comedy special "Mera Naam Joker" LIVE to G D Birla Sabhaghar on 12 December, and this will be the last-ever live performance of the special.
A stand-up comedian, lyricist, writer and actor, Dipangshu has been entertaining audiences for two decades. He has been part of popular Bengali comedy shows like Mirakkel, Enjoy Guru and I Laugh You.
He is the lyricist behind "Kichhu Chaini Ami" from Shah Jahan Regency, an iconic song that has become the soundtrack to love, heartbreak and memories for countless listeners. He has also been associated with viral YouTube songs like "Tumpa Sona" and "Putki Vai".
Now, in Mera Naam Joker, Dipangshu takes the stage for 80 minutes of hilarious stories, anecdotes and observations drawn from his own life.
From the funny to the bizarre, the relatable to the downright unexpected, get ready for an evening of storytelling, sharp observations and plenty of laughter, delivered in Dipangshu's own unmistakable style.
