About The Event
Where Music Meets Mental Health
Join us at Shoonya - Centre for Art and Somatic Practices, for another edition of MINDFIELD - an intimate live experience that brings together three essential voices - the artist, the moderator, and the audience - to explore the relationship between music and mental health.
Each edition is centred around a single theme and for this edition we bring to you the theme of Noise and Silence. Through live performance, honest conversation, and guided reflection, the audience is invited to explore not only the music itself, but also the emotional landscape from which it emerged.
Rather than being a concert or a lecture, MINDFIELD is a shared exploration. Music becomes more than entertainment; it becomes the doorway into and out of conversations that are often difficult to begin and therefore, deeply important to have.
Each session lasts approximately two hours, allowing enough time for music, dialogue, audience interaction, and reflection. The intention is not to diagnose or provide therapy, but to create a thoughtful, psychologically informed safe space where people can better understand themselves and one another through the universal language of music.
