About The Event
Step behind the bar at RASA by Chef Nalin and discover what actually goes into making a great cocktail.
Mixology 101 is an intimate, hands on cocktail workshop guided by the RASA bar team, curated by The Melons Studio.
Instead of simply following recipes, you will learn how bartenders think about a drink balancing spirit, sweetness, acidity, dilution, ice and aroma to create something that works.
Over two hours, you will get behind the bar yourself. Learn to use professional bar tools, shake, stir, build and garnish your own cocktails, experiment with ingredients, and understand how small changes can completely transform a drink.
The experience culminates in a Make It Yours challenge, where you will use what you have learnt to create your own variation of a cocktail.
Along the way, enjoy bar bites from the RASA kitchen.
