About The Event
Inspired by Moksha Patam, ancient India’s spiritual game that later evolved
into Snakes and Ladders, Mokshapat – Purpose of the Soul is an immersive
Indian musical dance-theatre experience about the journey of life.
Blending dance, live music, theatre, poetry and visual storytelling,
Mokshapat follows two souls as they move through love, desire, attachment,
betrayal, pain, forgiveness and transformation—each choice becoming a
step in their journey towards liberation.
Set to a powerful live musical score and brought alive through evocative
choreography and dramatic storytelling, the production transforms the
philosophy of Moksha Patam into a deeply human story—of falling, rising,
losing, discovering and ultimately finding oneself.
The audience does not merely watch the journey. It is invited to recognise
its own.
