Take a pause from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in a deeply restorative evening of meditation, mindfulness, and healing sound.
The New Moon has traditionally been regarded as a time for reflection, renewal, and setting intentions. In this two-hour guided experience, you will be gently led through practices designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and create space for clarity and new beginnings.
Your journey includes-
- Breathwork to settle the nervous system
- Guided Meditation to cultivate presence and awareness
- Intention-Setting inspired by the symbolism of the New Moon
- Immersive Sound Meditation with Guided Visualisation using singing bowls and therapeutic instruments
- Silent Meditation for reflection and integration
- Closing Reflection
Whether you are completely new to meditation or have an existing practice, this experience offers a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centred.

- Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
- Comfortable seating and meditation props will be provided.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
About the Facilitator
Jerry Varghese is a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher (RYT 200), a Certified Mindfulness Teacher accredited by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (CMT-P), an experienced Sound Healer, and an OSHO Active Meditations Facilitator. He is the founder of Nihshreyasa Holistic Wellness Studio in Fort Kochi, where he guides individuals through meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and sound healing practices to cultivate greater calm, clarity, and well-being. Drawing on years of personal practice and professional training, Jerry creates accessible and deeply immersive experiences that welcome both beginners and experienced practitioners on their journey inward.
